The paper proposes an electronic tolling architecture that combines RFID events, Ethereum account abstraction, sponsored transactions, and zero-knowledge authentication. It examines how an auditable payment flow might reduce reliance on a central clearinghouse while protecting vehicle identity. It is a research proposal and prototype, not a deployed tolling system.
